Link Statistics

You can view statistics for links from the Share page, accessible from the navigation bar at the top of every page.

The number of views and downloads (or uploads in the case of File Requests) are listed next to each link. If you had Kollaborate email recipients directly, you can click the triangle next to the link name to view those email addresses and see viewing statistics for each user individually.

If you sent someone the link manually, Kollaborate will not know which user clicked it but it will group the views by IP address instead.

You can click the hand icon next to an email address to "nudge" them, which sends them an email reminding them to view the link. This only appears for email addresses that have not clicked the link.

If you set view or upload limits for a link, the "views" or "uploads" tally will turn red once that limit has been met. Click the Reset link next to the numbers to reset view / upload tallies back to 0.
