File Workflow triggering

When creating or editing a task, you can set Kollaborate to run a File Workflow upon completing the task.

Different workflows can be set based on whether the file was uploaded to the Related Files or Deliverables sections of the task page. If more than one file has been uploaded to a section, the workflow will be applied to all of them.

Use Cases

• Automatically emailing a deliverable link to a client once the task is complete
• Automatically asking others on the team to approve a deliverable
• Sorting related files or deliverables automatically by color-coding or moving them to different folders
